One of our main desires for living van life, was to be able to have the ability to see hidden corners.
I think we are starting to accomplish that
Sometimes its the side quests that are more memorable than the main attraction. While visiting Great
Sand Dunes National Park, we took a close detour for a quick. after work walk. What we got was the most
enchanting frozen river and waterfall we have ever seen! The deep blue, the quiet, the alone - surrounded
by the sound of rushing water but without the normal visual clues gave a surreal feeling of stillness and
peace. And it was just a regular day for us!
